Sarah was a kind, considerate, dedicated, out spoken, nurturing, loving mother, sister, aunt, cousin, friend, and mother figure in her community.
She was reared and spiritually nurtured in Center Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Latter in life joined First Free Will Baptist Church and was a faithful member until health began failing. At First Free Will Baptist Church she served faithfully on the Senior Choir and Pastor’s Aid Committee.
She gave in any way she could by providing hot meals, childcare or after school care in her home free of charge for working families. She exhibited through words and deeds that she answered a higher call as expressed in Matthew 25:31-40 as she tended the sick, the hungry, the homeless, the uneducated and anyone else who would knock on her door in need of some type of assistance.
Awaiting her arrival around heaven's throne are her loving and devoted parents Thomas and Nola Wade. Her sisters Veorah Mack, Aggie Haynes, Ernestine McNeill, Flossie Wade-Stubbs. Her loving brothers Malcolm Wade, Theron Wade, Carthel Wade, Clarence Wade, Stacy Wade, and James Robert Wade. A very close friend Esta Mae Leak.
